Community Navigators Bristol Service wind down

Community Navigators Bristol has supported many hundreds of people across the City to make lasting connections to their community since it was launched in September 2017. The service, funded by Bristol Ageing Better, was a 3 year test and learn pilot project. In line with Bristol Community Health’s unsuccessful bid to provide Adult Community Health services across Bristol, sadly the Community Navigators Bristol service for South, Central and East areas will close on 31st March 2020. The North team will make an announcement around their service in due course. Note the specialist Learning Disability Navigator service is unaffected and will continue as normal.
