Community Navigators Bristol is run by a partnership of trusted local organisations combining their community expertise, and is funded by Bristol Ageing Better, a programme dedicated to reducing isolation and loneliness among older people in Bristol. Bristol Community Health is leading the service in south, east and central Bristol, and North Bristol Advice Centre is leading the service in north Bristol.

North Bristol Advice Centre is an independent charity working across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Our aim is to promote social justice and combat poverty by providing free and independent advice and support including welfare benefits and debt advice, representation, money mentoring, training courses and activities for older people. www.northbristoladvice.org.uk
Bristol Community Health provides NHS health services to adults, children, young people and families in the community, at home and in local prisons.
